Username Changes

What if we were able to transfer username changes, just like we would points? For example, let's say that someone had one or more username changes left, they could send them over to someone else. Of course, given that the thirty-day rule is still applicable! I don't really want this myself, it was just an idea I had what do you guys think?

i've put this idea forward before, and it was pretty much scuppered for technical reasons i think.

I think this would be a good idea, and if you had like three changes left, you could transfer over one change, or something..
